Oh boy... I wish I loved this sonic. Before the remodel it was awesome 5 stars !! But now it's really kinda hit or miss. It's almost guaranteed that 1/2 of the time your order will be incorrect...

Used the app to order a med strawberry limeade at 10:07. I got to the store at 10:10 and checked in. It's now 10:27pm and I have yet to get my drink. Ridiculous!! No food or anything spectacular...

Even though they got my order wrong they still get 4 stars. These young adults were hard working running around and it was so busy. The food was good. Thank you.

We went to get 2 milkshakes through the drive thru part. The young guy taking the orders and money looked at us many times once we got to the window to pay. The young guy never took our money and...

they serve drinks while being in a boil water notice and having rats in the machines!! will NEVER go back
