Wait time is terrible and workers do not display that they are happy to serve you. They really need additional customer service training.

Foolishly gave them another try. Waited 45+ minutes for an online order. Buzzed in several times and was told "it's coming." Surprise, more waiting. Not sure how a sonic with half the available...

DO NOT COME HERE! Our waitress could not get our order correct and was cursing through the microphone. We've been sitting here eating our food and hear gunshots behind us.

Slowest service anywhere. It's been 15 minutes and they can't even get a root beer float out. Pathetic, do not come here. The management is a complete zero...wish Yelp gave the option of no stars
