Ordered a sweet tea at 9:50.m and ended up getting my drink after 20 minutes. And instead of a sweet tea, they gave me an unflavored root beer.

I had to wait 16 minutes for a corn dog and a drink; the corn dog wasn't even hot when it arrived. This Sonic used to be very good, but the customer service has gone away. I still gave the carhop...
