YogaLift is a fitness and weight management studio that uses a unique approach to personal training, yoga and weight management. It focuses on nurturing the ability to improve one's inner well-being while also facilitating improved outer strength and overall health. Personal training and group classes are offered and the first-time visit to any level 1 class is free. Classes are $15 for a pre-paid session, $20 as a drop-in, and yoga is $12 a pre-paid session and $16 as a drop-in. YogaLift's Conscious Weight Management is a holistic program that focuses on "integrating changes in food choices, exercise behaviors and thinking patterns with spirituality and energy psychology."
