Excellent place. Staff is very nice and friendly. Waiting room creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They take the time to explain anything you don't understand and you don't feel rushed at all.

Worst experience ever. Poor communication. Didn't meet closing date and then after pushing the date out they didn't meet the time on the closing date.
