Friendly people checked me in. Did yoga and lived her style (Wednesday, 5 pm.) I was super sore, but relieved of stress. Mind/body/ soul. Locker room was upstairs d it was clean. Love my $77...

The Y has so many great locations!! They have a great Cycle class with a curvy instructor, Aqua Zumba aerobics although its geared towards seasoned adults (seniors) and they have a great Jacuzzi....
