Complete services range from primary care, emergency care and the delivery of thousands of babies each year, to care of patients with the most complex conditions. About The PracticeDavid Chang, MD-PhD, DABNS, is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in treating Minnesotans with complex brain and spine conditions in Roseville, Minnesota.After earning both his MD and PhD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Chang completed his neurosurgical residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. He then completed his neurosurgical fellowship at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.Dr. Chang has been in practice for over twenty years joined Midwest Spine and Brain institute in 2015, where he continues to provide exceptional neurosurgical care.Dr. Chang treats a range of conditions that affect the brain and spine. He routinely sees patients who are living with conditions such as spinal stenosis, herniated discs, spine tumors, and adult spine deformity. He also performs spinal fusion, artificial disc replacement, revision spine surgery, and complex spine surgery.To stay current with the latest advances in his field, Dr. Chang maintains his certification with the American Board of Neurological Surgery.Dr. Chang is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to partnering with them.
