HistoryEast central veterinarians was started as a mainly large animal business in 1974 with one doctor. The business grew throughout the years as a mixed animal practice. We have expanded to two locations, and now employ 12 veterinarians. In 2006 we ended the large animal aspect of our business, and now we focus on mainly small animals.SpecialtiesWe are a large progressive general practice specializing in dogs, cats, exotic mammals, reptiles, birds and amphibians. We offer preventive care, general surgery, dentistry, hospitalization, sedation grooming, senior wellness, puppy and kitten care, emergency and critical care and much more. We have state of the art equipment and pride ourselves on our continued efforts to keep learning.
