Literally horrible. Went through drive thru and they kept forgetting things. I asked for an Asiago bagel and they gave me a plain. Didn't have half the stuff on it. Lettuce was horrible and gross....

Forgot cream cheese on my bagel but had added it on the order, my bagel was hard and compared to other Einstein locations I have went to previously it was not the same. I will not be back
