Bongards Premium Cheese

First District Association, headquartered in Litchfield, Minn., is an independent dairy cooperative that provides agricultural products and services to food distributors and member-owners. Its products include whey products, cheese and fluid milk. First District produces a wide variety of different types of cheese for all types of applications including barrels and blocks. The cooperative produces cheese for process, monterey jack, sauce cheese, long hold cold pak, cheese for the drying industry and skim and reduce fat cheese. Agricultural services provided include feed mill services, custom grain or protein rations, a variety of commodities including, liquid fat, bulk and bag feed delivery and bulk liquid supplements, nutrition and dairy consultation, route truck delivery service and commodity brokering. FDA also produces a variety of dog and cat foods and wild bird supplies.
