Blair Flats, also known as the Blair Arcade Building, is a historic Victorian residential building in Saint Paul, Minnesota, designed by architects Hermann Kretz and William H. Thomas in 1887. Located at the intersection of Western and Selby Avenues, the building is a contributing property to the Historic Hill District and features construction materials of sandstone and brick.
Throughout its history, Blair Flats has served as apartments, a hotel, and condominiums, with the lower level currently housing SubText, a community-oriented independent bookstore owned by veteran bookseller Sue Zumberge. Previously, the space was home to Common Good Books, an independent bookstore owned by noted Minnesotan Garrison Keillor.
