Black buns with a cold rubbery chicken sandwhich. Had to get it replaced and they slammed it in the counter. Got to my car and they gave me the wrong sandwich. Went back and had to get it...

I usually don't go to arbys because my food is always terrible. I try something different usually everytime just in case. But I always leave disappointed.

I love this Arbys! It is quick and efficient and the service is great! It gets super busy at lunch time though so I try to get there either before the rush (like 11:50am) or after the rush...
