I started as an in-home personal trainer in 2012. I've evolved just as my business has over the past few years. I saw the current model of western wellness as broken. Feeling the need to cram in a workout, after a busy 10 hour workday and maybe have time for your family when you get home, before you work another few hours. The workouts stopped working and I found introducing Ayurveda & yoga practices have helped my clients get better results vs forcing themselves to sweat it out at the gym each week. I now focus on mind/body/soul connection to help you find your wellness balance.
