The dispatcher I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He was very helpful in getting me from the airport to downtown St. Paul.

SHOUL BE LESS THAN ZERO STARS !!! The people answering the phones suck. You're on hold for 15 minutes and then they hang up on you. They don't know the area it's Amateur hour at this place.
