I refuse to use this pharmacy. Lack of communication. I transfered my stuff to Kroger but wish I could use Genoa but they are not on the list for my insurance which is a pain. Medicare is a joke!!!

I was on hold for 16 min. I was caller #2 and finally talked to "Kyle". He put me in hold again then hung up on me!!! Not cool!! Service has gone down hill!!
