They never answer the phone regarding orders. I think it's rude and unprofessional to not have a phone or somebody there to answer when needed.

They messed up our order, staff couldn't care less. Food was either missing or had to be redone, added mayo to a sandwich that didn't have it. The store embodies how depressing detroit can be.

I stop most mornings more a large coffee and it's fine, no difference from any other Tim Hortons i,ve been to. For some reason it cost $2.70 at this location but only $2.39 at the 12 mile location...

Even one store is too much for this filthy place with the workers are so rude and the service is so bad
