Awful. Since they redid the Taco Bell on Owen road the service has been awful. We waited in line in the drive thru for 12 minutes and didn't get waited on. Has happened more than once

The service was absolutely the slowest shit of all time. We waited 20-25 minutes for food. It's not even busy. This food better be bustin or I'm going to go insane. I'd rate it 0 stars if I can....
