The staff are very friendly. The store is bright and clean. The selection isn't as good as I expected it to be. The optometrist was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with.

Doctors listen to customers. Needing glasses to see. Not prescribing less than you need so you cannot even read ! In Canada I was prescribed one thing and my script was much lower 20 years later

The staff members were nice and helpful. However, their time management sucks. I've had 2 different appointments and neither of them started remotely on time. The first one was a contact fitting...

Somehow my appointment got canceled and they still took care of me the same day and got a new pair of glasses in which I love

This was my first time at this SVS location and I was highly impressed by the staff and Doctor . They explained everything well and helped chose the right frames I needed.
