On Nov. 21st I placed an online "upload your own" print request for a poster laminated and on foam core (at a cost of $39.75) for the Adrian location. The order said it would be ready by 6:30pm....

Went into the store tonight I was the only customer in the store wandered around looking at laptops hoping to buy one but nobody seemed to know I existed. Took a trip to Best Buy in Ann Arbor....
