HistoryThis sturdy Dutch farmhouse, built in 1906, was purchased by its present owner in 1973. It had withstood the presence of many large families and, although very strong, was in disrepair.Thus began a long rejuvenation project. In May of 1997 (after the owner retired from 35 years of teaching) it opened as a Bed and Breakfast. Once again the house was filled with many wonderful people.SpecialtiesThis is a Bed and Breakfast and we specialize in comfort. Our location is on the prettiest street in Holland, with beautiful homes built on the shores of Lake Macatawa and on the way to Lake Michigan's Big Red Lighthouse. We have a natural setting with greenery, birds and bunnies as constant visitors.
