These people are only here to get money. Nothing else. No empathy or even compassion. Their first thing is to add money over the already over priced services. They charge for services NOT DONE....

This is for the grooming salon: I went in with my golden retriever for a simple bath, cut and deshedding treatment. I told them to just trim up her fur and clean it up. Came back to a SHAVED dog!...
