Lapeer County Intermediate School District

Located in Lapeer, Mich., Lapeer West High School provides general academic programs to more than 1,100 students in grades 8 through 12. The school conducts classes in various subjects that include English, math, science, humanities, social studies and computer science. It offers vocational courses in business education, industrial arts and life management. Lapeer West High School features a band and choir, as well as art and physical education classes. The school also offers a variety of sports activities, such as soccer, football, tennis and basketball. It provides counseling, guidance and health care. In addition, it operates drama, computer and equestrian clubs. The school organizes various types of events that include book fairs, college nights and musical concerts. Lapeer West High School also provides special education services to students with learning disabilities.
