Established in 1929, The Kalamazoo Civic Theatre is one of the leading community theatres in the United States. Based in Kalamazoo, Mich., the auditorium offers a seating capacity of approximately 500 people and has accouterments made of imported limestone/lead crystal chandeliers imported from Yugoslavia. Some of the productions of The Kalamazoo Civic Theatre include Godspell, Tartuffe, Twelve Angry Men as well as Voice of Good Hope. Its list of corporate supporters includes Wells Fargo Advisors, Bells Brewery Inc., Greenleaf Trust, Imperial Beverage and Fifth Third Bank/Investment Advisors.

Saw "Big Fish". It was my first time going to the kalamazoo civic theater. The performance and production far exceeded my expectations for a civic theatre. I highly recommend their venue!
