All I requested was shoulder length and it was cut multiple inches short. After the haircut she tried to blame he mistake on my attitude.

They don't pay attention to online check in. I was first in line but they took 3 ppl before me. Normally not a huge deal but I was trying to get a quick cut and not 2 hrs to kill in a great clips....
