Admission to Greenfield Village is required to dine at Eagle Tavern. At Eagle Tavern, diners can experience the faithfully re-created seasonal foods, recipes, surroundings and service of the Clinton, Michigan, tavern that was operated by Calvin Wood in the mid-19th century. With the tavern keeper’s welcome and our house-baked desserts, Eagle Tavern feels inviting and reminiscent of its 1800s-era Michigan past. Enjoy your visit with one of our specialty cocktails, a temperance beverage or a seasonally inspired meal, which are designed to be consistent with the original Eagle Tavern menus and historic specialties. Our food is locally sourced from Michigan, and the recipes have been passed down through generations from the cooks who lived here 175 years ago.
