Absolutely disgusting behavior. I went in very late one day and saw the old lady working at the gas station using an electric saw cutting wood while there was a full rack of donuts not too far...

Took over 30 minutes to make my sandwich and didn't have the bagels that I wanted and they never have half the items that they show

OMG!! I originally thought the slow service was a one off, definitely not. I hit the drive thru and there were 3 cars in front of us. It took over 30 minutes to get to the window to even pay....

Slowest service you could ever imagine. May take 10-15 mins to get a few plain donuts at the counter if there is one drive thru order. If a Uber order comes in, might as well just take a nap. BUT...
