History
We began our vineyard with 4 acres of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 2009 and have continued planting new vines each year. In 2014, our planting was completed on our Shawnee Road location, providing 28 acres of estate-grown grapes. In 2011, we acquired an additional 13 acres, our Singer Lake Vineyard, and began planting there in 2015. We started with 3.5 acres of Carmenere & Pinot Gris vines, and will continue planting each year. With the addition of 10 acres in 2016, our estate is now 75 acres total, and dedicated to growing Michigan grapes to make Michigan wine. Our varietals include Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Carmenere, Malbec, Tannat, Pinot Gris and Petit Verdot.
