Some idiot architect (probably in the Georgia HQ) omitted a dining room or at least an enclosed area to wait for pickup orders. The staff does not know how to trun on the ceiling mounted heaters...

We've been through the drive thru about 3-4 times now since they've opened. We frequent the other local chick fil a's when we can. The service is good, I can tell they're still getting used to...

Worst chick fil a ever waited 30 Mins in the rain for 3 items and people walked up before me getting theirs they don't care they don't have customer service this place should be closed

Stay away from this place. Takes a half hour for a simple sandwich and not even busy. They do not know what they're doing.
