waited over 30 minutes in store for 2 drinks. Both drive thru and in store cleared out before someone asked what I was waiting for. Then asked 3 times what my order was

This Biggby is SO slow and the location is terrible! Poor planning with the layout. Staff is inconsistent. Sad this is the only one close to home. Someone open a better drive thru coffee in this...

Extremely slow drive through line (over 25 minutes for 3 cars) and did not give change back until reminded.
