Opening a restaurant in her hometown of Concord, Massachusetts, is the culmination of proprietor Kristin Canty's journey to support small farming and celebrate the benefits of fresh local food. In her search for the right farms to source her restaurant with pasture-raised meat and dairy, Kristin discovered and fell in love with a 360-acre property in Bath, New Hampshire. She and her husband Jim purchased the farm and hired two resident farmers to bring it back to full production. They named the farm
