This post office is notorious for laughably bad service. Though there are one or two pleasant staff members, the overall ethos is one of a seemingly deliberate desire to be unhelpful to customers....

BAD customer service I was visiting Edgartown Friday Aug.23,2019 to mail postcards. The line was very long, (half hour). The white haired post master was very rude to the lady...

Worst place to lose your mail. Make sure you use UPS (not USPS) for your carrier. The place ran out of missing mail slips. Ya, you read that right. The star is for its cleanliness.
