Uno Chicago Grill is a restaurant chain with more than 200 franchises in the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. Formerly known as Pizzeria Uno, the Boston-headquartered restaurant is part of the Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation. It has expanded its menu to include steaks, seafood, pasta, ribs, appetizers and desserts to complement its featured Chicago deep-dish pizza. In 2004, Uno Chicago Grill won the award for best franchise in its category from Entrepreneur Magazine.
