Northshore Education Consortium, founded in 1974, is a regional educational collaborative of more than five cities and over 10 towns. It develops and delivers educational programs and services for students with educational, developmental and emotional and behavioral challenges. The consortium serves more than 300 students in over 40 districts throughout Northeastern Massachusetts.
