At Spring Shabu-Shabu, we have reimagined and transformed the ordinary shabu-shabu dining experience by giving our guests the freedom to select traditional and not so traditional shabu-shabu side dishes from a buffet setting. Our buffet is abundantly stocked with a vast array of fresh vegetables, fishcakes, dumplings, noodles, and many other shabu-shabu items that complement the generous portions of fine meats and seafood entrée dishes that are available to order à la carte.
