The food is usually great at papa ginos, but this night service was atrocious. It was Halloween and it was busy, understandable. But they let my order sit out for 25 minutes on the back counter....

Whoever would give this place anymore than one star is lying. I thought this location adding on the D'Angelo's would make them better but omg no. The kid who made the sandwich didn't have gloves...

The people, service, and food was exceptional tonight. They hosted a fundraiser and the team was patient, kind, helpful and supportive. Can't give enough shoutouts for the staff tonight!
