The company offers services for arenas, such as air quality, odor control, noise and vibration and environmental permitting. Tech Environmental serves a variety of industries that include energy and power, manufacturing, municipal services, government agencies, commercial development and transportation. The company has completed more than 2,000 air quality related projects. During the 1990s, Tech Environmental was retained as the sole contractor by the Rhode Island Department of Engineering Managment and Department of Transport to review air permit applications, which provided the company with an understanding of the permitting process. Tech Environmental has facilitated state and regional air quality impact studies and assisted with facility permit applications. Tech Environmental has also provided troubleshooting for existing air pollution control systems. The company was founded in 1984 and is located in Waltham, Mass.
