Picked up the Niki Tonkatusu for lunch! It was flavorful and good noodle, topping, and broth ratio. The broth was not too salty and very creamy. Good portion for the price.

I tried the smoky shoyu. The ingredients were great quality but unfortunately the broth and tofu were too salty. I added pictures below.
