Nails by Noel is located on Muzzey Street near the corner of Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington Center. She has been in business for over 10 years. Nails by Noel is an exclusive nail salon that has developed a loyal clientele. One of the clients in the shop at the time said she loves the work Noel does and recommends it to everyone. The shop is well equipped and very clean. Noel is very friendly.
