Horrible No sand in bunkers I putted out. Bunker on#7 near green filled with rocks big as golf balls. Tee boxes pathetic. Greens are fine a little slow. Horrible clubhouse tiny with crappy liquor...

All around bad . Course conditions is shit. Traps are hard pan and little sand, greens are slow . Future os Maplegate is in question. Sold to a solar lease. Confusion, still open. Might close....
