Absolutely charming and affordable 15 room inn in the heart of Oak Bluffs. In town location is convenient to everything. Beautifully restored property, lovely linens and furnishings, all private baths, super friendly staff. One block from the beach and ferry. Free Wi-Fi, complimentary snacks and bottled water, flat screen TV. In-room heat and AC.

Yes - I have a fondness for small boutique inns. Intimate, where you get to know the staff pretty well! The staff has always been friendly and very very helpful because they are locals that work...

The location is perfect and close to the main hub of Oak Bluffs. The room was quaint and comfortable with easy access to the street. The staff, Blanche in particular, were amazing and so helpful!
