Horrible customer service. Only shows attention to Caucasian individuals. Won't even turn their heads to say hello if you are of another race. More than 4 people work I the store and they all suck...

Extremely rude manager. Called customer service line after I left the store and had my issue resolved immediately for an exchange the manager at the Chestnut Hill location told me was impossible....
