I have *unofficially* been organizing, reorganizing, designing, redesigning, and everything in between for as long as I can remember. In 2019, when our first daughter was born, I was super frustrated by the lack of flexible working options available for new moms. It was a difficult circumstance, but it lead me to recognize that my skills were unique and valuable, and was ultimately the push that I needed to finally start doing what I loved!
