The Julia Ruth House was founded by Julia and Herbert Irvine in memory of their parents. The House provides day-care services for adults aged 55-years and older that require assistance but do not need a nursing home.The cost is $85.00 per day with a minimum of two days per week to enroll in the House.The center provides breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
