I do like IHop foods but have trouble using apps to order takeout. It happened three times so called to order. The last time I did, they never made my order when I got there and ended up waiting...

Honestly uncertain here. If you haven't yet, you'll begin growing hair on your balls by the time the staff come to even sit you down, nice staff though. The food was decent for what it was....
