Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit homebuilder founded in 1985 by concerned local citizens who came together as volunteers. We are the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, the largest non-profit home builder in the world with a network of over 2,100 affiliates. We build simple, affordable, comfortable homes in partnership with people who need them. Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity builds homes all year long. To deliver on our mission and to serve the great needs for safe and affordable housing that exists in the Merrimack Valley, we rely on the generous support of the community in 3 primary ways: Donate, Volunteer, Shop
Specialties
Open to the general public, the ReStore sells new and gently used building materials, furniture, housewares, home accessories, books, and more. Prices are typically 50% to 75% off retail. Donations are tax-deductible. Proceeds benefit Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity, which builds affordable homes in partnership with local families in need.
