Esposito's Academy of Self Defense is a martial arts school housed in a three-floor building that is a work-out emporium. Besides karate lessons for adults and children, the academy also offers instruction in tai chi, kung fu and aikido. Esposito's houses an impressive array of work-out machines and equipment, including treadmills, StairMasters, Arc Trainers, Cybex Circuit machines and thousands of pounds of free weights.
