The place is usually good and most of the staff is pleasant. There is one girl who works the drive thru who is strangely rude. I used to go there all the time, but now go to the Bay St Dunkin.

I mean, come on! Imagine going through the drive thru then getting on the highway to see a completely burned (black - see photos) bagel. And more expensive than other locations. Boo on you!
