Can anyone explain to me why a lg hot coffee cup only holds 160z of liquid when it is advertised as a large is 20oz? I tested this at 2 different locations with the same results!!

This dunkin is horrible. Multiple times I have arrived about 2 hrs before closing and the workers hide and do hit take orders. They should be fired Disgraced. Shame on management.
