Went to pick up order, pizza guy says "sorry, we ran out of bread for your sub." I don't know how a restaurant runs out of bread but whatever just give me a refund. Nope, no refund. Guy insists...

First of all I waited at the window that was scheduled for pick up 20 minutes after it was slated to be completed. When I finally got the pizza home it was incredibly dry with huge bubbles...

I got a dry pizza that was all dough I asked to talk to the manager Kristen. I think it was and she said she was the manager. She was rude. She acted like a 10.50 refund was coming out of her pay....
