Deacon Giles Distillery is Salem's first distillery in more than 100 years. We produce high quality, hand crafted spirits. Our cocktail bar, 'The Speakeasy Lab', is open to the public for cocktails and retail sales. We have an additional space, The Island Lounge, for extra seating, live entertainment, and a little it of a breeze when the weather is warm.
